This one is from a Sears Silvertone tape player from 1960, I cropped it so you wouldn't laugh at my low tech breadboard. It's a RCA AA5 chassis that I can bolt any old junk to. I remembered why I had to ground it, the stand off "legs" were hard, black fiberboard which I mistook for metal. So I guess some companies were using them.
