Subject: Heyboer AC30 OT?? Question

I've got a transformer that was sold to me as a Heyboer AC 30 Transformer. However, it does not have the "traditional" colored wires coming out of it.

It has:

4 Solid wires:

A red wire with continuity to a white wire
Another red wire with continuity to a yellow wire

A second set of 4 more wires, all with continuity to each other. These wires are stranded with slighty heavier insulations.

Black, green, yellow, and blue.

Does anyone have any ideas? IS this an OT? It is labled "AC 30 OT" and has the same label as other Heyboers that I have owned. I'm clueless as to how to hook this up.

Thanks!
