red-red: somewhere around 235 VAC. yellow-yellow: 30 or 40 VAC. possibly. If you have 230v on the primary winding, but no output on both secondaries, you probably have an open primary coil. Not uncommon for that amp. Disconnect all the transformer wires, and measure the primary coil with an ohm meter, you should get a low reading. I'm guessing you will get an open cct. = bad transformer,(or wire)?
