Subject: Xformer noise


I purchased a Weber PT from Ted and the noise is quite irratating. It was a laydown type and I converted it to a standup type using the encluded bell housings. I have tightened the screws as tight as I can get them.

This thing actually rattles. At bedroom levels the PT is louder than the amp. If I push in on both sides in the center of the covers it gets quiet.

Is there anything I can do to ease the pain?
