Just be very careful with the LOW "E" section of that pickup - see the magnet is sunk low - actually the fobar
bobbin is lifting off of the coil and the magnet - this will allow impact to to coil - it happens when you touch it with any pressure - picking can be enough -
I've repaired many 50's pups and most looked just like that - the bobbin lifts up off the Low E or High E or off of them both - next thing impact takes its toll along with RUST - and the fine coil wire gets cut - and Poof Shes Gone!
add CRAZY Glue all over the top of that magnet for now and let it hold the bobbin in place where it is now - never pull up or push down on it after that and it may live another 50 years?
