That is all correct for late '67. That is when the change to the 1 meg pot and 'modern' wiring was made.
The treble bypass cap was stock, too. That cap allows for a wider range of volume control without losing the trebles when the volume is rolled down. IMO and to my ear, this cap is more useful with the old tweed amps which naturally compress than with Fender amps contemporary to that guitar. I notice no change in tone when the pot is at 10 with or without the cap.
