Mark Szumski Alexander Electric Instruments -- troobka@aol.com 165 Front St. (Cabotville Industrial Park) Building A second floor Chicopee, Ma. 01013-1216 Phone: 413-433-8522 Accepts: cash, check Rates: 35.00 per hour, but I prefer to charge per job. This most often saves the customer a substantial amount of money. I'm not trying to get rich, just doing what I love. Mods De-mods Custom Work Cabinet Repair Complete Restoration Cash n Carry Repair/Replacement Parts New/Used Equipment for Trade/Sale Lutherie Work I began doing guitar work in 1988. I have studied with Brad Nickerson of Nickerson guitars informally since 1993. There is no repair that I cannot do. I also build my own custom instruments. Endorsments: Former SLM Tech-Crate, Ampeg, etc. Former Fender Tech, I was the only one certified to do electric, acoustic, and amp repairs in the North East. I gave it up due to red tape and delays in payment. Dealer for New Sensor-one of the first. Dealer for CE distribution. One of the very first dealers for Mojo back when Nate owned the company. Haven't done business with Andy for a while. I have so many contacts for original/vintage parts, amps, and guitars it's almost silly. My premise is simple. I refuse to return an item to it's owner until I feel it would be good enough for me to accept as a customer on the other side of the counter. My turn around rate is usually days, not weeks. I have thousands of NOS and new tubes, caps, resistors, etc. I also use only the best parts available. No Chinese or no name junk. Only what I would want in my own amp. No job is too big or too small and most of my customers have my home phone number as well. Around 1995 I got hooked on tube audio and repair/restore items like this as well. I have been building my own amps (guitar and hifi) for about five years now. All work is customer driven. If you want something I will, and have built it. |
