If you replace the tuners originallity is gone(its not a collectable anyway ) so IMO you'd be allot better off putting individual tuners with screw in bushings on it. They will improve the guitars sustain and tone. You would have to enlarge the tuner holes on the headstock but thats an easy thing to do.
