Subject: Magnatone Q

I picked up a pretty nice Magnatone lap steel, 6-string. A couple of the tuning keys are bent, looks like probably dropped. What I would be interested in knowing is if the 3/side tuners are spaced and the screws spaced the same as the regular 3/side guitar tuners like everybody sells? That's the three as a set on a strip style. Can I just get a set of vintage style tuners and screw them on to spiff this baby up?
