If you have nothing nice to say, why say anything?
When someone asks me for my honest opinion but with constructive criticism I give it, with no holding back.
If you can't take it don't put it out there. I can take it, I have no problem with people who think I suck. But I came here to have some constructive critiques, not some know nothing just say he doesn't like it. And if you don't who cares, I don't.
I do not care whether you like it or not. Even I don't think it was all that good. But it was my first attempt at recording a whole song featuring full instrumentation all done by.......ME.
I think that's a feat within itself. Anybody that would be able to do something like that is pretty talented.
But I am looking for constructive criticism. Not some jack off saying nothing about nothing.
You have a lot of nerve posting what you did and not even having the balls to leave an email address as I have done and always will. I do not need anonymity, I believe in what I say.
Typical Internet nonsense. How old are you? Because you come off like a typical child with a PC and an opinion based on nothing and no experience. And an ego to match, when you say this is the last word on this matter, let me tell ya, who gives an F.
I'm not interested in opinions, I am interested in constructive criticism from experienced musicians. That is what this board is supposed to be for mostly. Musicians who are looking for help and ones that have the information to give it. It's posters like yourself who have chased away the really knowledgeable people that used to inhabit this board.
I don't want comments and opinions, I want facts...facts. Comments and opinions are for the uneducated non musicians or people that don't play at all. I didn't come here for that.
Like maybe you have a suggestion on how to get a better hi hat sound, or a better vocal sound, better reverb. Do you have any knowledge of those subjects? Or are you just the typical loud mouth I want to be heard moron that inhabits many forums. The guy with $10,000 worth of equipment that can't play a 3 cord song.
Can you do better? Let's hear it......can you tell me how to improve my music? No.......oh OK, then ya know, just crawl back into to your little hole and shut the F up.
