Hey the monkees played to soldout crowds in the 60's yet did not play their instruments.

Never underestimate the musical ignorance of the average person.

Young people seem to like cheap wine much better than aged high quality. It's a matter of a trained ear or musical palate.

Raw is good, I am raw but virtuosity can transcend that rawness without losing it. In fact over polishing does ruin it. Getting it consistent makes it great. Like it is said do it once and you're lucky, do it twice and you're a genius.

I saw the talent, they need to be able to streamline their act a bit. There is nothing worse then out of tune guitars. A slight miss tuning can actually be more pleasant but he was way out of tune and too distorted which makes it unpleasant.

I actually liked were they were coming from but that whole garage band thing doesn't cut it for me. The fact that all those people like means nothing other than someone is making money.

I am into the art not the money.

I think they remind me of a modern version of the Kingsmen and Louie, Louie. Same raw, same inability to understand the words. Except they had a hook with saying Louie, Louie.

I take my music seriously, I don't take myself that seriously.
