They remind me of the days when I worked in my friends rehearsal studios.

Bands that had players who were always late or did not show up.

It seem like the bass player and some other member or two never made the gig.

Very raw, unprofessional and annoying.

Talent yes they are good players and have the rawness you don't want them to loose but need to polish a bit.
