Might give it a certain high frequency advantage and eliminate some of the bass response.
Acoustic Horns made entirely from meatal seem to have that sort of range response though of course some large formal loudspeakers give reasonable full range resonse in a limited way.

I would expect a meatl baffle to accent high range a bit but unless the entire cabinaet was made from meatal it should only " color ' the response a bit not completely change it. However I wonder about some of the " ringing tones " ?
