How terrible and tragic. Several years ago when my son was wishing for a Vox-Tonebender-style pedal I purchased a Soul Patch from Keith. The pedal never showed up for Christmas Day, and after I notified him he sent another along immediaely...no fuss, no hassle. The "lost" pedal never did show up, but Tom was more than pleased with his Soul Patch, and it remains in his arsenal. A sad day for tone...
