Want to try real time recording on your computer?
You can download FREE software from http://audacity.sourceforge.net/
It works very well for me, and I didn't have to spend $199. to try something. For home use it has effects, multi tracking, editing, copy&paste, ect., ect. Pretty good for free! I go thru the line out of my amp, into the mic in on my computer. There were only 2 things extra I bought. A xlr to 1/4 inch adaptor for my microphone, and a 1/4 inch to 1/8th inch adaptor for cable to the computer. It cost me less than $15.00 at Radio Shack.
