I didn't know there was a Dunlop Rotovibe mk.II. The Rotovibe was moved over into their Hendrix line of effects but, IIRC, has had the same circuit for decades. It was Dunlop's attempt to approximate the Univibe tone but came out long before the vitnage Univibe craze, so they didn't bother trying to use the use the original Univibe circuit, thye just designed something that sounded like it, it ends up getting it's own sound.
On a Univibe, the "Chorus"mode *is* the traditional "Univibe tone"; it's not a chorus at all, but a multi-stage phaser, but was originally labeled long before the chorus effect, as we know it, came to market. It's the vibrato mode that very few people use.
Dunlop does offer a more traditional Univibe but, honestly, I don't like the Dunlop Univibe (or Rotosphere).
There is a H&K Rotosphere mk. II.
