i went out and bought a holy grail plus because i wanted a reverb pedal to
run using my voodoo lab pedal power 2. i took it back twice to get a new
one because it wouldn't work without using the wallwart. if you are used
to using the pedal power the last thing you want to do is use a wall wart.
so i took it back for good. i loved the sound of it with the wall wart. just
wish it would actually work in my rig. so now i am considering the DR
SCIENTIST RED REVERBERATOR. I have read many good things about it. it
also has a killer rotary speaker sim as one of the patches. from the you
tube clips i've seen it seems like a sweet addition to a pro rig. EHX is
going down hill in my opinion. I am using the boos trem now witht he
c4? cut out. sounds ok. but not sweet. but will probably also buy the
tremolo from dr. scientist this week. will let you know
