the G&K I linked to is pretty good, there is a Hartke 3500 on Ebay you may get cheap (16 hrs left) $250 may be tough, you'll have to shop around and maybe go used. Avoid the Behringers, they look really nice, and the price is right, but in my experience, they really don't hold up well to regular use, and you'd be better off spending a bit more.
